We collect Personal Information and Non-Personal Information including:
l Device information: we may collect information in relation with your device, including your device name, frame SN, warranty period, motor SN, motor version, console SN, console version, firmware version and Bluetooth MAC address.
Please be noted that we will synchronize your Personal Information via Bluetooth to your mobile device (such as your cell phone). When doing this on Android operating system, we need to request location access permission. However, we will not collect your location.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect your Personal Information in order to provide the Products and/or Service and we will follow applicable laws when using it. You understand and agree that we may handle your Personal Information for the purpose indicated in this Privacy Policy and that we may disclose your Personal Information to our affiliates (in relation with communications, social media, technology and cloud service) and/or 3rd-party service providers(as defined below).

Data retention

Access to other functions on your device
The Application may access to certain functions on your device, such as Wi-Fi status. We need such information to allow the Application to run on your device and allow the interaction between you and the Application. At any time, you may revoke your approval by closing the Application on your device or by contacting us at privacy@nexgim.com.
Access, update or modify your Personal Information
You reserve the right to access and/or modify any of your Personal Information that we hold. When you request a modification of Personal Information, we may ask to verify your identification first. Once your identification is verified, we will handle your request within reasonable period of time.
Though under normal circumstance we provide data access service for free, we reserve the right to charge reasonable fees.

Withdrawal of consent
You may send email to privacy@nexgim.com to withdraw your consent regarding our collection, usage and/or disclosure of your Personal Information supplied to us. We will deal with your withdrawal request within reasonable period of time.
Please note that your withdrawal of consent means that you are not able to use our Products and Service.

To the extent that you believe your children under the age of 18 provided Personal Information to us without your prior consent, please feel free to contact us. We will remove such Personal Information collected.
Conflict of terms
If you’ve agreed to certain applicable End-user License Agreement, and if any provision contained in this Privacy Policy is in conflict with, or inconsistent with, any provision in the End-user License Agreement, the provision contained in the End-user License Agreement shall govern and control.

In the event we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, such policy will be re-posted in the "Privacy" section of our Websites/Apps with the date such modifications were made indicated on the top of the page.
